Sound familiar?

The farm is the easy part. It's everything around it.

  • The honor box came up $40 short.

And you can't tell which day.

ProvenFarm: The honor box check compares what was taken with what was paid, day by day.

  • People drove out and you were sold out.

Or they never came, not knowing you had eggs.

ProvenFarm: Your stand page shows what's in stock right now. Customers can order ahead for pickup.

  • Labels by hand, one carton at a time.

And did you remember the safe-handling text?

ProvenFarm: Print a sheet of egg or bakery labels from your products, rules built in.

  • Records in a notebook, a phone and a shoebox.

Until the inspector or the tax man asks.

ProvenFarm: Tap it in the barn once. Reports, exports and the inspection packet come from it.

Simple on purpose

Only the tools you use. Nothing you don't.

Most farm software shows you everything and leaves you to figure it out. ProvenFarm asks what you raise and sell, then sets itself up around that.

  1. 1Tell us what you doHens, a market garden, beef, maple, a bakery table — tap what applies.
  2. 2Get a menu that fitsKeeping hens? You see flocks and eggs, not fields and cattle. Add or hide tools any time.
  3. 3Get your stand readyA short checklist: what you sell, where the stand is, how people pay, your hours.

Why ProvenFarm exists

“Our first organic inspector was kind, but honest: documenting everything the way certification requires was going to be hard. So we built one place to run the farm and sell what it grows, and we use it on our own farm every day.”

Do I have to be organic?

No. Most farms start with the farmstand or daily records. The organic tools switch on when you need them, with your history already in place.

What if there's no signal in the barn?

Record anyway. ProvenFarm saves on your phone and syncs when you're back in range.

Can I bring my spreadsheets?

Yes. Import animals, fields, products, suppliers and more from CSV, with a preview before anything is saved.

Does ProvenFarm certify my farm?

No. It organizes your records, finds possible gaps and builds the paperwork. Your certifier makes the decision.

How do alerts reach me?

On your phone as notifications, by email (right away or a daily summary) and under the bell in the app — a certificate about to expire, a pickup order, the honor box getting paid.

How long does it take to set up?

About two minutes to sign up and answer a few questions about your farm. Adding your products with a photo takes a few seconds each, and a checklist walks you through the stand.

Is there a contract?

No. Free is free forever. Paid plans are month to month or yearly, start with a 14-day trial, and you can cancel anytime from Settings. Your records stay.

Can I print labels for my eggs and baked goods?

Yes, on every plan. Egg cartons get the pack date and safe-handling text; home-kitchen foods get ingredients, allergens and your state's statement. Five designs, or upload your own.
